Nexcut Terms of Service

Beta product

Nexcut is an early founder beta. Features, quality, limits, pricing, and availability may change as the product improves.

Founder access

Starter includes a 7-day free trial, then renews at $20/month for up to 20 generated clips per month, 1 active edit at a time, and source uploads up to 3 minutes. Creator includes a 7-day free trial, then renews at $50/month for up to 75 generated clips per month, 3 active edits at a time, and source uploads up to 10 minutes. Unused clips do not roll over.

Your content

You keep ownership of the clips, prompts, outputs, and feedback you provide. You give Nexcut permission to process that content to provide the service and improve the product.

Acceptable use

You may not submit content you do not have rights to use, illegal content, or content intended to harm others.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Both paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. Cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically refund past payments.

No resale of data

Nexcut will not sell your personal information, requests, clips, outputs, or feedback.
